Delta State Park. My First Campsite experience with my new camper.

My first camping experience was at Delta Lake State Park located in Rome NY.

This is one of many camping grounds in NY that I wanted to visit. It’s open year round. The water is clear, the area is very clean and the people are very friendly.

The Facilities includes;

lifeguards (from Memorial weekend to Labor Day). boat launch sites, campsites, dumping station and showers, a nature trail, picnic tables and pavilions, and a playground, (accessible to people with disabilities). The campsites have quiet hours after 10:00 pm and each site has a picnic table and a fire pit.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the campground. It was peaceful and relaxing.
